We use qualified Audiologists and conduct Hearing Tests to the British Society of Audiology protocol - we have never used automated or computerised testing
From 2006 there has been a legal requirement for employers with an at risk workforce to ensure regular checks are made of their employees hearing. Sheffield Industrial Hearing will arrange a health surveillance programme which suits your business and your hours of work.
All staff assessed will additionally receive noise awareness training which will be documented in their individual report
A copy of all reports and hearing tests will be retained on file to ensure continuity of records and ease of future test comparisons
